my very own fabric tote bags

By spotogspindel | May 29, 2013

It´s here! A big package filled with cotton twill fabric.

It is more than a little cool seeing my own design on the fabric.

My plan is to make tote bags from it. Unfortunately it didn´t make it in time for the exhibition opening, but I´ll make some tonight and stop by tomorrow with the first couple of ready-sewn.

This is the first of three designs, taken from my main exhibition picture.

On the back is part of my poem “On the shores”. Each of them has a saying or part of a poem on them. If this is a success, I might just make it an annual event, making a Bømlo souvenir. “Collect them all!” 😉
