Inspiration: Feather fantasies
By spotogspindel | April 25, 2012
I was so lucky I met Lorra Lee Rose of Feather Fantasies at Artfest. We were in the same class toghter, and at the end of the day we started talking about feathers. She showed me some of her work, and my jaw dropped. Let me show you just a couple of her creations, and then you can look at her site, where there are many more wonders.
She´s collected feathers for years, some of her torsos have taken 20 years to make, in order to get all the right feathers!
Now, I´m warning you, there will be more about feathers this week. I´m going to Cobenhagen on a workshop in … you guessed it: feathers! I´ll tell you more about it, as the week proceeds.
