This is a costume-design I made for a children´s musical for Haugesund Theatre last spring. This is a sketch of the sexy train-conductor. Her favorite shape in the world is the dot. Naturally. That´s what she does. Make dots, or holes, on the tickets. So that is of course the reason her clothes needs dots too. Her character actually runs around punching holes everywhere.
For practical reasons, we needed to change her shoes from heels to something a bit more solid. But we did compensate with matching pink tights and jacket. We also changed the hair-doo, to make place for her conductor-hat. Below is the actor, Nina Sele, in character, during dress-rehearsal.
