building the land

Or building the landscape is more correct.

One of the coolest things ever is to make a creative plan, and then watch it come to life. Below is part of the set-design for Fiddler on the roof. My little cardboard model.

And then the real thing being built! The guys in the front left in the picture are carpenter-students, and they´ve been building it.

It´s pretty big. Even bigger than it looks here. About 14 meters long and 4 meters high at the top.

It will be painted all black, and it´s all going to be so cool! I can´t wait to show your the whole thing, when it all comes together!

    Andrew: Well, sometimes it´s scary not being afraid of anything… You think that one of these days, I´gonna over-do it, and the shit will hit the fan…
    But not on this one!

    I didn´t really know the Fiddler before I strated working with him, and now I totally dig him too 🙂
