visual-, audio- and real snow
By spotogspindel | February 3, 2010
All day yesterday was spent working with digital images for the new ship I´m making decorations for. As I keep working, I realize that I´m not terribly fond of winter-images. It´s not that winter isn´t pretty to look at. But all year? Who wants a snowy, winter-image on their wall all year round? I feel it is too seasonal. I love summer, and put up with winter because, well, basically I have no other choice. But even people who love winter, appreciate summer, don´t they? In the sense that they don´t want snow all year round? Please, let me hear some thoughts on this.
Below is an exert of one of the images I´m working on.
And as for the real snow… it just keeps on coming. And now we´re back to -15 degrees again. I am SO happy I live in a century when electricity is invented, so that I do´t have to freeze!
Even the new audio-book, was about a snow-blizzard, a train-wreck, and all the passengers being stowed into a mountain-hotel. He wheel-chaired heroine solves a double murder, and what do you know: even Bin Laden shows up in the end!

I’m firmly in the camp that one snow a year is more than enough. I don’t like winter images all that much, either. I LOVE summer. And like the moderate seasons, too.
We’ve had 3 snows so far and a BIG one is scheduled for this weekend. It makes the winter drag on and on and on…
