Welcome to my site! I work as an eco-designer, an artist, as a teacher and as a researcher, and creating, or ARTING as I prefer, makes me happy! This is both a portfolio of things I´ve made and a blog meant to inspire.

velvet pillows

This is a VERY exclusive line of velvet pillows 😉 All four are one-of-a-kind. The motif is of the naked rock-faces on the very northern tip of Slåtterøy (Bømlo) and yes, that´s the Atlantic you see there. Purple in the pillow to the right, orange in the one next to it.

The print is a silk-screen print with reactive fabric colors on cotton velvet. The back is in a black, pre-washed&shrunk linen/rayon mix. I made a zipper in the back, so it´s possible to take the cover off and wash it gently if necessary. I´ll most probably be selling them at my solo-exhibition in Moster in a month.
