The traveling paint-brushes

By spotogspindel | January 17, 2011

Just a quick post today. While working on my sewing machine, I took a little break to make this little elastic band for my brushes.

Whenever I go traveling, whether it´s to school or abroad, it´s nice to keep my brushes together. And instead of just putting them in a plastic bag, or making a case, I thought I´d try this. Really, really easy. An elastic band, a little red duppion silk, an orange fabric flower, partly painted pink, and a small, mother-of-pearl-button.

It doesn´t always take a lot to make one´s day a bit more colorful. 🙂 Have a lovely day!
