Summer stage

By spotogspindel | May 25, 2012

It´s been a versatile week! Today I´ve been working on transforming this newly build roofed platform into a small theatre stage.

The guy downstairs helped me with the backdrop: some fabric I found in my basement…

Attaching hooks for the fish-net. Ah, yes, I forgot to tell you: this is a very traditional, coastal-culture show that´s being staged. Hence the slightly old-fashioned, romantic, marine theme.

And here is the result:

Now of course, for the real magic to happen, you´ll need lights, musicians and actors 🙂

To add to today´s events: it was the opening of Bjørn Inge´s DRAUGR art-in-nature-project.

Along a beautiful tour-trail, we had champagne, poetry and speeches. Perfect! 🙂

(If you look carefully, can you see the two red dots in the water? Those are the eyes of the draugr!)

I have to thank you for the small book, it came yesterday and I was so happy just with the package alone I hugged it before opening it was done in such a pretty way. Then when I opened it and all the special items spilled out I was thrilled! Please send me your address so I can properly send you a Thank you note
