Welcome to my site! I work as an eco-designer, an artist, as a teacher and as a researcher, and creating, or ARTING as I prefer, makes me happy! This is both a portfolio of things I´ve made and a blog meant to inspire.

San Francisco and Silicon Valley

By spotogspindel | March 24, 2010

San Francisco is one of the most beautiful, cleanest and greenest cities I´ve ever been to.

It´s like driving around in a park. Above are Angel Trumpets in Union Square.

Mushroom season started two weeks ago. A specialty-shop at the wharf.

Concrete jungle.

A mural from Coit Tower, the memorial shaped as a fire-hose…!

A cable-car called desire?

Part of a fountain outside Hyatt. The original was made by children in salt-dough, and the artist cast it in copper. All motifs are from San Francisco.

Textile treasures from Britex Fabrics, my new favorite fabric shop!

The lemon-trees in the backyard. Real home-made lemonade is my FAVORITE!

A real moon-rock at NASA exhibition centre for the girl who wants to be an astronaut 🙂

Silicon Valley

Pacific beach-houses by Capitola By The Sea.

Not to mention meeting Iron Man! Eating Sword-fish and making new friends! Thank you so much Sharon and Sid, Connie and Mark!
