Provence, France

By spotogspindel | September 8, 2012

I´ve just returned from a week´s holiday in Provence, France. 9 women in a rented house with a big pool and a jacuzzi in the garden. The first night there was a lightning-storm in the neighboring town, and I got to play around with my camera.

Lots of good food & wine, lots of laughter, lots of stories, and a bit of sight-seeing.

My favorite city was Cassis.

If I go back, this will be the town where I will sit and paint.

Another adventure was taking the car, driving on the French motor-way to Monaco. Alone! I know it´s not a big deal for most of you, but I´m a country girl, not really used to driving in big cities at all. Monaco was also a beautiful city. So clean, so full of history, so full of elegance.

Monaco is the second smallest country in the world, less than a square mile, and sited on the coast between France and Italy.

Me. Summer. Friends. Warm. Mango sorbet. Happy.
