Welcome to my site! I work as an eco-designer, an artist, as a teacher and as a researcher, and creating, or ARTING as I prefer, makes me happy! This is both a portfolio of things I´ve made and a blog meant to inspire.

Normand Vision

By spotogspindel | July 3, 2014

“In the middle of a longing/ Longing home, longing away” 35×70 cm

Today is the Christening of Normand Vision, Solstad Shipping´s newest ship in their fleet. Wärtsila Norway AS  delivered the engine solution to the ship. And as a gift on the big day, they chose to give the shipping company this picture.

It is from out in the islands north-west of Bømlo. The coast is scattered with beautiful naked rock faces like this, it´s truly a feast for the soul to go out in a boat in the summer there.
