IF – mesmerizing

By spotogspindel | September 17, 2011

Illustration Friday´s theme this week is Mesmerizing. I made this textile portrait a few years ago, but still find his eyes quite mesmerizing. (I can admit to being proud of my creation, right?)

In any case, I am currently working on another couple of textile portraits, in preparation for my Art& Soul workshop in Portland in just a little more than a week. I think there are still some spots available, if anyone wants to jump on the train last minute 🙂 Heaps of great workshop with artists from all over the world. Do check it out!

Of course you can be proud of your own work! I would agree that this is a mesmerizing portrait. The eyes are great, but the rest of it is too!

    Heisann!
Noen og enhver kan bli trollbundet av et sånt intenst blikk.
Beundringsverdig godt gjort med tanke på at det er et portrett laga i tekstil!
    Ha fortsatt go’ hælj!

Yes, you should be proud, this painting is wonderful, Janne! I must agree that his eyes seem to take away all attentions from the beginning. 🙂
