Ever since my childhood days in New Orleans, when we on special days got Peanut butter crunch in the cafeteria at school, I´ve been looking for the recipe for this favorite snack. I just found this one online, along with several others, but I´m not sure it´s the right one, because I am sure there were rice crispies in them too. So if anyone has the original New Orleans elementary school-recipe of Peanut Butter Crunch – I would be thrilled!

Aiee, that’s a tall order! I’ve never even BEEN to New Orleans! Good luck in your search (I’m sure you can track down the recipe you’re looking for — you can track ANYthing on the internet!). Love the retro picture!
