Welcome to my site! I work as an eco-designer, an artist, as a teacher and as a researcher, and creating, or ARTING as I prefer, makes me happy! This is both a portfolio of things I´ve made and a blog meant to inspire.

I can see the light!

By spotogspindel | March 17, 2010

This is also a journal page, and I am quite happy with it. The picture is transferred from a photo in the local newspaper onto fabric via glue-varnish and a rub-off technique. I´ve used acrylics to soften the edges. Oh, summer is coming! I know it is!

(Which is a good thing to be sure of, considering I´ve driven nearly 14 hours through western winter snow, avalanches(!) and detours today)

Ooo, this is lovely! Perhaps you could write about the technique you used on this one sometime? Or, come to think of it, all the techniques you use? Oooo! Maybe you could do a technique series! I know you have a bunch of tricks up your sleeve!
