Christmas is… home-baked

By spotogspindel | December 9, 2009

Baking is part of the Christmas tradition. I haven´t gotten started on the cookies yet… it´s hard to find corn-cyrup in Norway. Even Rice Crispies… where is it?.. hm… how is my Peanut Butter Crunch-adventure end?

Well. I did start baking. But I started with sunflower-seed bread. Not much work at all. I have to remember to do this more often! And the whole house smells so YUMMY!

Here they are finished, posing in my wooden tray that I made way back in teacher´s college. Well, gotta go. There´s some fresh bread calling my name! :-)

looks yummy. Every time I bake bread, I think: “why don’t I do this every day?!” It’s intoxicating, and like u said … not so hard!
