Bookbinding with the students

By spotogspindel | November 16, 2010

I started a new project with my soon-to-be-teachers today. Bookbinding. Oh, what fun! 10 students, lots of paper and fabric and GLUE!, 10 chocolate-bars (:-D) and 5 hours later 10 books emerged. Well, 12 books, since two of the students made an extra book each.

I really like how Charlotte has played around with different types and colors, and how she´s even made some odd-sized papers in between.

Aren´t these yummy colors? Here, Heidi glued down fabric to some of her paper-pages for variety.

I´d show you my sample, except somebody might get it for Christmas… 😉

    10 chocolate bars!

Even I could bind a book if I was bribed with chocolate.
