Book-signing event!

I had a completely differnt type of summer-job today! I was contacted by a publisher last week, asked to arrange an event around a book-signing at the release of one of their books. I brought two young actors with me, dressed them up in costumes, and we gave away free books for an hour in the main shopping street in Haugesund.
The author, Hanna Sandvik, is from Haugesund, and the story, “Ildfuglen”, a historical novel-series, is based here as well. It has all the important ingredients: love, drama, mystery and dark forces.
Here is Hanna and Vilde, dressed as the main character in the book.
Such fun to meet new people, and especially meeting new people doing something completely different from me. Today I´ve learned a lot about the publishing-business
