Sri Lanka – ornamentation

The colors and ornaments are strong here in Sri Lanka, and a huge inspirational source for an artist like myself. I´ve gathered some of the pattens and ornaments I´ve seen the past week here in this post, maybe they can inspire you too. Moneys are funny little creatures. They were gathered around some of the temples we visited, getting on with their own agenda of picking lice from each other or stealing food from tourists. Or simply taking a mid-day siesta. This iguana is about a meter long. Not dangerous at all, but looking quite fearsome none-the-less.
