Today was the opening of the 2009 Amateur-exhibition in Bømlo Culturehouse. I´ve been working with this since February, and it´s always nice to land a project. A meditative picture of my friend Mari Janne. I made printed and painted this picture for Viking Poseidon, but I don´t think I´ve shown it before. I thought it might be good with a calm picture in these hectic times.
Through CRAFT I was presented to this very interesting artist: Jo Hamilton. She crochets in a way I didn´t know was possible! The most fascinating are her portraits of people: Do take the time to pop over to her web-site and have a look at all of her incredible portraits. They are just awesome!
